You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

All umbrellas are produced in limited monthly drops, with a maximum of 100 units per color. Each product is handmade, and slight variations may occur.

• Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen calibration.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
• If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
  
  

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We accept secure payment through major providers, including:

• PayPal

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

We currently only ship to Belgium. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary but most packages are delivered within 3 business days..

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We want you to love your umbrella. If you're not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

To initiate a return:

• Email us at returns@hogoumbrella.com with your order number.
• Return shipping costs will be paid by us.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To change colour, please return your item and place a new order.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any part of this site without our express written permission.

While we take great care in our design, product quality, and service, Hogo Umbrella Atelier is not liable for:

• Delays or disruptions beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
